The role.

We are looking for a customer success manager with an obsession for clients. An entrepreneurial mentality is key as we are a scale-up. A go-do-er that knows how to motivate themselves as well as your colleagues to do the best you can. Someone you is not afraid to ask, to give an opinion or to fail, as there is room for that too. You are learning on the go. 


Responsabilities in the role.

  • You are almost obsessed with your clients & partners. Take responsability and see a project through from A to Z.

  • You have an entrepreneural way of working, a go-getter that likes a challenge

  • You have affinity and or previous media, data and or sales experience

  • You like to share your experience and want to learn, you love working in a team and can work individually on your campaigns

  • You are not afraid to share your opinion, ask critical questions, to fail, because yes, there is space for that too

  • Own your data in our SaaS-tool and CRM system

  • You work effectively and efficiently and show initiative to improve our processes and way of working together

  • You have finished a HBO-level study

What we ask.

  • You enjoy talking to new people
  • 3-5  years of working experience, in sales, CRM-data or a media-agency is a plus
  • You have an analytic mind and are tech-savvy
  • HBO-level of thinking and learning (Dutch higher educational level)
  • Fluent both Dutch and English, in speaking and writting
